What we can't help with
Offshore Gambling is an independent review and comparison site. We are not a sportsbook, we don't hold player accounts, and we don't process deposits, withdrawals, or bets. If your enquiry relates to any of the following, it needs to go to the operator directly, not to us:

- Closing, self-excluding from, or reopening a betting account
- Login issues, password resets, or app troubleshooting for a specific site
Each offshore sportsbook runs its own customer support desk — usually reachable through live chat, email, or a support ticket inside your account. Since these sites operate under offshore licensing in jurisdictions like Curaçao, Panama, or Costa Rica and sit outside US state regulation, we have no ability to intervene in account-level disputes, and there's no US regulator we can escalate a complaint to on your behalf.
